How long is shipping? 

DUE TO COVID-19 Processing time is currently 2-5 business days+ the USPS shipping time after the package had been dropped off. Shipping times may vary.

My order says delivered but it is not here,why?

If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information, Pretty Angelic is assuring your tracing with every order. We take pride in packaging your orders within lots of love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ORDER FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.

Order cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.
